Jess Grabowski, Nominating Chair

Jessica Grabowski, CPA, MBA

Jessica is a Senior Tax Manager at BDO USA, LLP. Her experience includes tax consulting and compliance for both businesses and individuals. She works with various industries including real estate, transportation, manufacturing, construction, and private equity. Her focus is specifically on corporate and pass-through entities that are either privately held or portfolio companies with private-equity backing. Jessica has worked extensively with companies with multi-state and international operations.

Jessica joined the Junior League of Wilmington in 2017 as a way to become more involved in her community and support Women’s development. She has served as a member on the Women’s Leadership Summit, Membership Development Committee, and the Nominating Committee. Jessica is currently serving as the Chair of the Nominating Committee on the Junior League of Wilmington’s 2021-2022 Board of Directors.

Jessica is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Marketing and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Jessica lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband, son, dog and cat.
